i don't use facebook anymore. deleted my account. no more level 23 cafe world. no more "pa-astigan" status messages. no more 300++ friends whom i hardly knew. no more jumping off the trap of EXTREME TEMPTATION.

facebook is... USELESS.

i just couldn't find satisfaction in it at all. i mean with all the applications and level-ups and chatting and I-HAVE-THE-MOST-ASTIG-STATUS posting and I-HAVE-THE-MOST-NUMBER-OF-FRIENDS-COMMENTING "..on my mind". you see, will spend hours ( makes me want to BACKSPACE that word ) even the whole entire day just to do those things... then after it what? i'm not telling you that this is what facebook is doing in everyone's life. it has its own set of benefits though... but not for me.

everyday i pray to God that in whatever i will be doing let it all bring glory to Him, let not one thing ever give the enemy a foothold of me..... not til i sign-in on my facebook. not til i tell the world "what's on my mind(?)". i'm not being self-righteous here... well, yeah it's given, i'm a christian and there is a great conviction. hence, i can easily give up those supposedly "inevitable" stuff. but it really depends on us, how are we gonna handle things, how are we gonna look at it as something beneficial or destructive. as for me, it is very destructive/distract-ive... in whichever way.

i don't know about you...

i just hate it, i hate how i used it for my own glory... i hate how it made me break promises with people... and with God. i hate the anger, the bitterness, and lust.

i don't know if y'all gonna understand me.. i'm sharing these things to help IF at some point someone's experiencing the same dilemma i have had. i'm not looking for praises for what i did giving up the "inevitable". i'm not here to be understood... i'm here to tell you that these things can POSSIBLY happen. that these things can POSSIBLY cross your mind. that these things can POSSIBLY be a major problem. that these things can POSSIBLY be the reason why you have a ruined relationships with your family or friends. that these things can POSSIBLY be the reason why your life stinks, why you feel inferior, why you feel defeated, why you feel unhappy and why YOU ARE STILL NOT SATISFIED.

Matthew 18:8-9
^"8 So if your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one hand or one foot than to be thrown into eternal fire with both of your hands and feet. ⁹ And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell."

reminded of this Scripture i told myself: if you cannot decide whether you're gonna remove what is hindering you to what's supposed to be LIFE TO THE FULLEST and continue to live in deception... think of the times you where thinking "what's on your mind" and the decision you just made when you submitted it in a live feed of a hundred viewers....
